Kira is Executive Assistant at firstminute capital.

Kira supports the team with over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant, having worked with entrepreneurs, investors and senior executives across finance, technology and private family offices. She has a strong background in high-level administrative support, complex international travel, project coordination, and financial oversight. Before joining firstminute in 2025, Kira worked with UHNWIs, founders, and CEOs, ensuring seamless operations across both business and personal spheres. She also holds a Pitman Executive PA Diploma.

Outside the office, Kira is always up for adventure — she’s happiest when exploring new places, has twice set off on horse-riding tours through the Argan forest and along the Atlantic coast and has even taken the plunge with a parachute jump.
