Rose Davis
Rose is an almost-doctor turned venture capitalist passionate about backing companies with big ambitions to fundamentally change healthcare, innovation, and consumer behaviours for the better.
She loves spending time with founders that empower people to take ownership over their health and wellbeing, reshape how healthcare is delivered, and crumbles health data silos.
Rose holds a BSc in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from Yale University and a MSc in Applied Biosciences and Biotechnology from Imperial College London.
Her experiences to date span work in the Tech Transfer office at Imperial College commercialising Applied AI for healthcare innovations; as Head of Research at a preventative health startup between London and Switzerland; supporting business operations with Tracy Anderson; conducting research in a biomedical research lab (resulting in a published paper in Nature, Scientific Reports); and assisting in the operating room of a plastic surgeon.
Outside of work, you can find her on a run, at a healthy cafe, or looking for a beach (and ultimately settling for the Thames).
